Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Slides Summarizer (slidenotes.cc) sells the Pro subscription through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and processes all payments. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
A new Pro subscription, monthly or yearly, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment and you will get the full amount back, without having to give a reason.
3. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] and include:
- the email address of your account;
- the date of the purchase;
- the reason (optional — it helps us improve).
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. After we approve a request, the money usually reaches you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Pro ends when the refund is issued.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or by writing to us. After you cancel:
- Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for;
- you are not charged again;
- then your account returns to the Free plan.
6. Renewals
The guarantee covers the first payment of a new subscription. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it — cancel before the renewal date if you no longer need Pro.
7. Free plan
The Free plan needs no payment. You can use it for as long as you like without a subscription.
8. Exceptions
We may decline a refund if:
- the request comes more than 14 days after the first payment;
- the service was abused or the Terms of Service were broken;
- you have already received a refund in the last 6 months.
9. Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If the law gives you more, the law applies.
10. Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy LLC is the seller of record for all our payments: it handles billing, taxes and refunds, and the charge on your statement comes from Lemon Squeezy. Its own terms apply to the purchase.
